  • Where can I track my order? 

We use Australia post for all our orders unless specified by the customer to use another courier. Please not changing couriers will result in an increase in shipping costs. We use Australia post to keep costs down for you. 


  • How do we apply the badge? 

Please clean the spot on the vehicle you wish to use. Peel the sticker off the back of the badge and adhere to the vehicle. We recommend a 30 second hold or until firm. Please place the badge on carefully as it is difficult to take off.


  • What are your badges made of? 

Our badges are made of Chrome metal - Non tarnish making it suitable and a perfect look for all vehicles. 


  • How do we keep the badges clean?

A standard car wash or wet wipe will clean your badge. Easy application. 


  • Customs fees and/or taxes for international orders.

Kai Chromes is not liable for any duties and taxes incurred on all shipments. If you have a query regarding this please email info@kaichromes.com

  • I need to make a change to my order, how do I action this?

Please email us to advise of the changes wanting to be made within 24 hours of purchase. In the subject line of your email place your order number and hashtag #URGENT so that can grab our attention as we receive multiple emails daily. Please note changes are a request only and our main priority is fast delivery so your order may have already been dispatched by the time your email is received.


  • I placed an incorrect order, how can I fix it?

Please email info@kaichromes.com to advise of the error and we will try our best to fix it for you. This is just a request only. Each resolution is on a case by case basis.


  • I received an incorrect item to what was ordered, what should I do? 
Please email info@kaichromes.com and we will send the correct item free of charge. 

Do you ship to my country? 

  • We currently ship locally and worldwide. 

What are you shipping times? 

  • Local orders take 2-8 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.
  • International orders take 7-27 business days to be delivered & we ship within 2 business days.
  • Shipping timeframes might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Please note we do not offer express freight as with COVID delivery time frames are uncertain and we would much rather maintain delivery expectations than be let you down with unrealistic freight times. 

Shipping cost:

  • Domestic orders within Australia:$5.99 per order AUD (Tracking provided). 
  • International orders $14.99 per order AUD - tracking provided.
  • International orders $9.99 per order AUD - Non tracked, at your own risk. No liability to loss or damage. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  • We are in the process of arranging After Pay - Unfortunately not available as of yet but will be once organized. 
  • We offer Laybuy on all orders over $50 - Please email info@kaichromes.com and we can assist and arrange a payment plan suitable to you. Please note all laybuy items need to be paid off within 2 months of purchase date. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email info@kaichromes.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
